At SOOS Atelier, we want you to be completely enamored with your home curation; if a piece isn't the perfect fit, you can return it within 30 days of delivery. All returned items must be in their original packaging and unused condition to maintain the integrity of our artisanal collection.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully repack your items in their original protective wrap and box to ensure they are not damaged during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then securely affix it to the outside of your parcel.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our studio inspects the returned goods, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
